Only three (3) delegates have signed up for the Abingdon SC24 WG7
meeting of 2 -5 of February 1993.  This meeting will be CANCELLED
unless there are at least ten (10) delegates signed up by 11am GMT
TOMORROW 8 Jan 1993.
