JTC 1 N 3305 is a call for membership of a new WG on Reference Specification,
It wil replace the
JTC 1 Ad Hoc group on the Use of De Facto Standards - full terms of reference
are contained in
JTC 1 Resoultions - Resolution 40F (SC 24 N 1303)

Please would any members interested in working on this group, please let me
know, preferrably before the Christmas Holidays.
