As this is at DIS ballot the strongest way of getting our comments heard 
is by voicing our opinions
via Member Bodies.  MB are the ones who vote on DIS ballots, not SCs, 
although we can but it
will probably not effect the vote.

Please will all HODS ensure that there comments are sent to their 
National Standards Bodies,
as well as to SC 24.  The ballot closes on 95-02-13.
