Subject: new list of character names

A new list of character names of ISO/IEC 10646-1 including
Tcor1 and all amendmends up to amendmend 9 is available
at http://www.dkuug.dk/jtc1/sc2/wg2/docs/annex-e.txt
This is equivalent to what is currently full International
Standard status of ISO/IEC 10646-1.

There may be errors in the list for Tibetan characters,
but the list truly reflects what is published for ISO/IEC 10646-1.
