I have made the data from the two CDs 14651 and 14652 (sorting, and updated
locale standard) available in text form. they are available in the directory
ftp://dkuug.dk/jtc1/sc22/wg20/docs in the files:

i18nsort.txt  the sorting data from 14651
i18n.txt      the cultural convention set (ala. locale) form 14652
i18nrep.txt   the repertoiremap from 14652

They are also available via the WG20 internals web page.
