Could people please stop posting to all these lists?
the i18n list includes all of TC304 and SC22WG20, so it is unnecessary
to post to SC22WG20 and TC304. Also I think the discusion is not
relevant to SC22.

My two cents worth: Why not make this a part of the 10646 standard
as we have the scripts defined there anyway.
