Gary,

I have been working on a Welsh profile/locale for a while. The main
problem with accurately representing Welsh is the use of accented
vowels, i.e. a, e, i, o, u, w and y can have a circumflex accent,
indicating that is is a long vowel. None of the 8859 codesets cover
this; you are left with 10646....

Allwyn, correct me if I'm wrong!!!
