Subject: canadian locales

I have received 2 new locales from canada, fr_CA,2.5 and en_CA,2.5
They are now available in the directory
ftp://dkuug.dk/i18n/WG15-collection/locales

There are some problems in them that make them non-conformant to ISO/IEC
9945-2 - but anyway this is the latest update on Canadian locales.
