Subject: Cancellation of VTR Meeting in Kyoto

Hello,

It is proposed that theISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 24/WG 4  VTR Rapporteur group meeting in
Kyoto, 1996-06-xx, be cancelled and that the work is carried out in the
individual working groups concerned and/or in
the scheduled HOD/C meeting. 

Unless I receive any objections to this proposal by Wednesday 15th May 1996, the
meeting
will be cancelled and I will inform you accordingly.
