GKS Rapporteur Group

There will be no explicit GKS Rapporteur Meeting at Ottawa.
As you will know, part 1 of GKS (the functional spec) is now
an IS, and work continues on the other parts which relate to
metafiles.  Of major interest at present is the NDC metafile
which will be of CGM type.  GKS experts at Ottawa will liaise
with the CGM group during their meeting, scheduled from
7-11 July.
