The editorial changes proposed by Japan and the UK have been incorporated. In response to the first German comment, the following paragraph has been added to Annex A: "This module uses a derived type with a pointer component. On a processor without automatic garbage collection, it is possible that a program using this module might prematurely run out of memory." WG5 has noted the suggestions made in the second and third German comments.
