N2063 PDAM to ISO/IEC 9945-2 IT - Portable Operating System Interface (POSIX) Part 2: Shell and Utilities Amendment 3: Protection and Control Interfaces 96-05-30, APPROVAL FOR THE REGISTRATION, NO WITH COMMENT FOR THE DRAFT. ...................................................... Comments: We compared the functionality described in the Framework with the functionality in the current Security Evaluation Criteria, particularely Part 2 of the Common Criteria for IT Security Evaluation. This mapping worked fine for a great deal. Time did not permit to finalise this comparison. (Well, that points out one of the problems encountered: aspects of time-liness and synchronisation between domains.) The Netherlands requires that the relationship of the Framework with the security evaluation criteria will be addressed, and suggests including a mapping in Annex A. Accepting this comment will turn our no-vote into a yes-vote.
