France has voted "no" with the comment that the title in French should be "Technologies de l'information - Interface systeme d'exploitation portable (POSIX) - Administration systeme - Partie 2: Administration des logiciels". We accept the French recommendation for the French title, and request that ITTF apply this to that version of the publication. This resolves all comments.
