Particularly, The notice for the Feb 27 2007 meeting was contained in SC22N4178 on 22 January 2007. Obviously this provides insufficient time for NB's to make arrangements for delegates to attend such meetings.=20 Canada proposes that all OWG's, including Editing Groups, be required to provide an annual work plan similar to the Business plan provided by WG's so that NB's will be aware of planned meetings and activities in sufficient time for their planning cycles.
