The correct name is not Toshihiko but Katsuhiko. As you may know, most Japanese Kanji characters have many pronunciations. But the pronunciation of a person's Kanji name is determined usually by his parents. I have never heared the first name of Prof. Kakehi and I have made my own pronunciation for the name. This is why I mistook his first name.
